1. Purpose and Scope

This Refund Policy governs all refund requests and refund eligibility related to Services provided by Vexion.

This Refund Policy forms part of the contractual agreement between you ("Customer", "User", "you", or "your") and Vexion.

By purchasing or using Services, you agree to this Refund Policy.

2. General Refund Policy

Except where required by law, all payments made to Vexion are non-refundable.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Subscription fees;
  • Renewal fees;
  • Setup fees;
  • Usage fees;
  • Add-on services.

No refunds will be provided for partial billing periods.

3. Automatic Renewal and Refunds

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled prior to renewal.

Failure to cancel prior to renewal does not entitle you to a refund.

You are solely responsible for managing subscription cancellations.

No refunds will be issued where Services are suspended or terminated due to:

No refunds will be issued for:

  • Service interruptions;
  • Downtime;
  • Infrastructure maintenance;
  • Network disruptions;
  • Third-party failures;
  • Force majeure events.

No refunds will be issued for customer-related issues, including:

  • Failure to configure services correctly;
  • Failure to use services;
  • Accidental purchases;
  • Misunderstanding of service features.

7. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without valid legal grounds constitutes a breach of contract.

Accounts subject to chargebacks may be:

  • Immediately suspended;
  • Immediately terminated;
  • Permanently restricted.

You remain liable for all outstanding balances.

8. Exceptions Required by Law

Nothing in this Refund Policy excludes rights that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

Where required by law, refunds or remedies will be provided in accordance with applicable legislation.

9. Discretionary Refunds

Vexion may, at its sole discretion, issue refunds on a case-by-case basis.

Issuing a discretionary refund does not establish an obligation to issue future refunds.

Vexion is not responsible for delays caused by payment processors.

Vexion reserves the right to deny refunds where abuse, fraud, or policy violations are suspected.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vexion is not liable for financial losses arising from enforcement of this Refund Policy.

14. Amendments

Vexion may modify this Refund Policy at any time.

Changes become effective upon publication.

Continued use of Services constitutes acceptance.

15. Governing Law

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.

You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Queensland courts.
