1. Purpose and Scope
This Copyright and DMCA Policy ("Policy") establishes procedures for reporting and responding to alleged copyright infringement and intellectual property violations occurring on or through the Services provided by Vexion.
This Policy applies to all users of Vexion Services and forms part of the contractual agreement between you ("Customer", "User", "you", or "your") and Vexion.
2. Intellectual Property Respect
Vexion respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects customers to do the same.
Customers may not use the Services to host, distribute, or otherwise make available content that infringes intellectual property rights.
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring their content does not violate copyright or other intellectual property laws.
3. No Monitoring Obligation
Vexion does not actively monitor Customer Content for copyright infringement.
However, Vexion reserves the right to investigate and take enforcement action upon receiving notice of alleged infringement or otherwise becoming aware of potential violations.
4. Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe that content hosted on Vexion Services infringes your copyright, you may submit a written infringement notice.
A valid infringement notice must include:
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed;
- Identification of the infringing material and its location;
- Your contact information;
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is unauthorized;
- A statement that the information is accurate;
- Your physical or electronic signature.

Upon receiving a valid notice, Vexion may take action including:
- Removing or disabling access to content;
- Suspending Services;
- Terminating Services;
- Restricting account access.
Vexion retains sole discretion in determining appropriate action.
6. Repeat Infringers
Customers who repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights may have their Services permanently terminated.
Vexion reserves the right to determine repeat infringement at its sole discretion.
7. Customer Responsibility
Customers are solely responsible for all content hosted on Vexion infrastructure.
Vexion is not responsible for Customer Content.
8. Counter-Notification
If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a written counter-notification including:
- Identification of the removed material;
- Your contact information;
- A statement under penalty of perjury that removal was in error;
- Your signature.

Vexion may cooperate with copyright holders, law enforcement, and regulatory authorities.
This may include disclosure of account information and logs where legally required.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vexion is not liable for damages arising from copyright enforcement actions taken in good faith.
11. False Claims
Submitting false infringement claims may result in legal liability.
Vexion reserves the right to take action against abuse of this Policy.
12. Amendments
Vexion may modify this Policy at any time.
Changes become effective upon publication.
Continued use of Services constitutes acceptance.
13. Survival
This Policy survives termination of Services.
14. Governing Law
This Policy is governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Queensland courts.
