1. Purpose and Scope

This Infrastructure Usage Policy ("Policy") governs the technical use of infrastructure, compute, network, storage, and related resources provided by Vexion.

This Policy forms part of the contractual agreement between you ("Customer", "User", "you", or "your") and Vexion.

This Policy exists to ensure infrastructure stability, performance, and fairness.

2. Infrastructure Ownership

All infrastructure, systems, and resources remain the exclusive property of Vexion or its upstream providers.

Customers are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use infrastructure solely for permitted purposes.

3. Resource Allocation

Customers may use only the resources allocated to their account.

This includes:

  • CPU;
  • Memory;
  • Storage;
  • Network bandwidth;
  • Network connections.

Customers may not exceed allocated resources.

4. Prohibited Resource Abuse

Customers may not use infrastructure in a manner that degrades performance or stability.

Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

  • Excessive CPU consumption;
  • Excessive memory consumption;
  • Excessive disk usage;
  • Excessive network bandwidth usage;
  • Resource exhaustion attacks;
  • Attempting to bypass resource limitations.

Vexion retains sole discretion in determining resource abuse.

5. Network Usage Restrictions

Customers may not use infrastructure to:

  • Degrade network performance;
  • Disrupt network stability;
  • Generate excessive network traffic intended to degrade infrastructure;
  • Operate unauthorized network services.

6. Infrastructure Protection Measures

Vexion may implement technical controls to protect infrastructure, including:

  • Resource limits;
  • Traffic filtering;
  • Rate limiting;
  • Service restrictions;
  • Infrastructure isolation.

7. Automated Enforcement

Infrastructure protection measures may be enforced automatically.

Customers acknowledge that automated systems may restrict Services.

8. Emergency Intervention

Vexion may immediately restrict or suspend infrastructure access without notice where necessary to protect infrastructure integrity.

9. No Guarantee of Resource Availability

Resource availability is not guaranteed.

Infrastructure performance may vary.

10. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

  • Proper system configuration;
  • Efficient resource usage;
  • Maintaining backups;
  • Preventing misuse of infrastructure.

11. Infrastructure Modification

Vexion may modify, replace, upgrade, or reconfigure infrastructure at any time.

Such modifications may affect Services.

12. No Ownership Rights

Customers do not acquire ownership rights in infrastructure.

13. Monitoring

Vexion may monitor infrastructure usage to ensure compliance.

14. Enforcement

Violations may result in:

  • Service restriction;
  • Suspension;
  • Termination.

15. Cost Recovery

Customers agree to reimburse Vexion for costs arising from misuse of infrastructure.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vexion is not liable for damages arising from enforcement of this Policy.

17. Amendments

Vexion may modify this Policy at any time.

Changes become effective upon publication.

Continued use constitutes acceptance.

18. Survival

This Policy survives termination of Services.

19. Governing Law

This Policy is governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.

You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Queensland courts.
